Process

In addition to our one-year warranty, we offer phone and email support for the lifetime of your project.  We support our clients by offering additional quarterly site visits during the warranty period, and a unique Technical Support Services program, where our technicians perform preventative, scheduled, or emergency maintenance on your exhibits.  They get to know you and your staff, and establish a regular service routine that keeps your exhibits up and running for your visitors to experience and enjoy.
